Delivery

• Completed orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days however some items are made to order and may take a little longer. Please let me know if you need to recieve your order for a particular day/date. The timescale for making and delivery of commissioned pieces will be part of our discussion during the commissioning process.

• Urgent orders - running late and/or to a deadline?  I know the feeling and will try and help if I possibly can. So please contact me, Magda , if you require your order to arrive asap or for a specific date.

Postage and Packing​

• Orders can be placed via the online shopping cart. Contact Magda if you would like to order something you have seen elsewhere, which does not appear in the online shop and I will do my best to help. 

• Commissions/bespoke orders - full payment is usually required when placing an order, although deposits can sometimes secure a commission, by arrangement.

• Secure payments -  secure payments are made by card, using SSL Secure or by using Paypal via the shopping cart.

• Packaging - all items are beautifully packed with great care and attention with lots and lots and lots of packaging materials to keep each piece safe. Whenever possible I use packaging which is made from recycled paper or is reused packaging from deliveries made to my business from other companies.

• Gift Option - I pride myself on providing a personal  service to all my customers. As an additional service the following choices are available for £5 on request for workshop pick up or by selecting in the shopping cart for postal deliveries: 

  • extra gift wrapping and gift box

  • inclusion of a personal message from the buyer to the recipient, if provided

  • delivery to a different address  from the buyer's address

  • a 'note from the maker' detailing  who has purchased the item for the recipient, and the processes involved in making it to the specific requirements of the buyer

• UK packages and  parcels - varies according to the size of the parcel and will be added to the price of the product when you get to the checkout.  I usually use Royal Mail. Larger items will be sent via their tracking services which requires a signature on receipt of the delivery.

• International parcels - I usually use Royal Mail tracking services which include ​insurance for the item and require a signature on receipt of the delivery but sometimes also use Hermes for larger items depending upon the dimensions and weight of the final piece in it's packaging. Postage will be charged on an individual basis. Please note: due to the United Kingdom leaving the EU delivery to international addresses may incur extra customs/handling charges which are different in each country and not within my control.
